We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
  

Chefs of all Grades

The successful candidate must be able to:

·     work in a high pressure & high turnover environment using their own initiative as part of the kitchen team
·         You  must be able to work a flexible schedule of days, evenings, weekends & public holidays.

·         Ensure that the food offered is always of the highest standard for the benefit of the customer & the establishment

·         Have experience & knowledge of HACCAP procedures

·         Have excellent culinary experience with a minimum of 2 years in a similar busy operation

·         This is a full time position. 

Marketing Executive

An opportunity has arisen at the Inishowen Gateway Hotel for an experienced Marketing Executive who will be primary responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy of the hotel with the ultimate objective of maximising revenues across all revenue generating outlets to include bedrooms, meetings and events and food and beverage.

Criteria:

• Experience of a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge / interest in the toruism sector is desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing including web analytics metrics and tools.
• Knowlege of customer relationships management (CRM) tools.
• A creative thinker with an outgoing personality who can drive new relationships as well as maintain existing ones.
• Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions.
• High leve of customer focus and understanding.

Night Porter

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Porter which will include shifts and weekend work.

Duties

To ensure that all guest receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome, setting the scene for ther staty and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned.  Be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight and abide by all health & safety legislation.

Criteria

you will have the ability to work on your own initative and be able to work with others.  You must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with all department personnell.  Relevant experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
