Fundraiser Concert | Onóir

In the past two years, the McCrossan family from St Johnston have faced a devastating double blow when mum Patrice and son Zach, now aged 5, both received serious diagnoses. In 2024, Patrice, née Rodgers, discovered she had acute myeloid leukaemia and began extensive treatment. At the time of her diagnosis, Patrice and her husband Gary’s youngest child was just seven months old. The following spring in 2025, the McCrossan’s son Zach was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder, myelodysplastic syndrome, which can progress to acute myeloid leukaemia, and required a bone marrow transplant in the Netherlands. Both the Currans and McCrossans have received incredible support from the local community and beyond as they faced the financial pressures of ongoing medical care, travel, and extended hospital stays. The Onóir concert has been organised to provide continued support for the two local families. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy an evening out while supporting others.
