As a Leisure Centre assistant, you will help and supervise customers using the leisure centre facilities. You will ensure that the facilities are presented to the highest standards whilst ensuring the safety of clients, staff and others within the Leisure Centre and ensuring customer client confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Gym fitness instructions, Personal training and a Pool Lifeguard qualification

Experienced Duty Manager
The successful candidate must have previous hotel experience. This role will involve managing and running shifts in various departments including Bar, Functions and banqueting within a busy hotel environment. We are looking for a hard-working, driven individual who can bring fresh ideas to the table.
Your duties will include the management of staff rotas ensuring that shifts are covered and that staff are motivated and are offering exceptional customer service; cash handling and end of day checking; dealing with customer complaints and issues ensuring customer satisfaction at all times; management and ordering of stock. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver an excellent service in a friendly family environment.
Skills and qualification requirements
You will have a good knowledge of all areas of the hotel and have excellent communications, customer care and complaint handling skills. You will also need a minimum of two years’ work experience in a similar role. Due to the nature of the business, this role will involve shifts and weekend work.

Full time Receptionist
The Inishowen Gateway Hotel is currently looking to add to our fantastic team. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our reception team immediately. The role is a fulltime position, which includes weekend and shift work
We are looking for candidates with good communication and organization skills. The duties include responding to guests with a friendly attitude, answering telephone calls and email, taking reservations, check-in/out, and take payments and inputting bookings and responding to emails. Food and Beverage services will be involved as and when required.
Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

This is a part-time role which includes shifts and weekend work.
To ensure that all guests receive a warm, memorable and personalised welcome, setting the scene for their stay and ensure that guest needs are anticipated and that any requests are actioned. Be responsible for the security of the hotel and its guests overnight and abide by all health & safety legislation.
Skills and qualifications
You will have the ability to work on your own initative and be able to work with others. You must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to interact with all department personnell. Relevant experience in a similar position would be an advantage.
