We are currently looking for an experienced Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. The role would suit someone who is highly competent and confident behind the bar, has strong experience in a busy hospitality environment, and is also comfortable providing food service in our bars, restaurant and functions when required. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, take responsibility during busy shifts and maintain a high standard of service at all time.

This is a part -time starting role with a view to full time for the right candidate.

We are looking for a professional Sous Chef. The successful candidate must display excellent culinary and managerial skills.

Produce high quality food
Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Resourcefully solve any issues in the kitchen
Manage and train kitchen staff
Order supplies and manage stock control
Maintain a positive and professional approach with team members and customers

2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry’s best practices
