The Inishowen Gateway Hotel is now offering our guests the opportunity to take part in Buncrana Beach Bootcamps.  Our hotel is just a stone's throw from Lisfannon Beach, its literally on our back doorstep!!  Buncrana Beach Bootcamp  sessions will take place in the afternoons and evenings, during July and August and will be one hr in duration.  Beach bootcamp is for men and women of all ages, (16+)  shapes and sizes and fitness levels.  Bootcamp is fun but it is challenging so it is important that you have a basic level of fitness.  You will be encourgaged to work to your personal best but exercises are tailored to ensure you will not be struggling to keep up with the fittest or held back by others.  Now you can enjoy a relaxing break at the Inishowen Gateway Hotel, plus work up a good appetite and a good nights sleep, by taking part in some enjoyable exercise set in  beautiful surroundings.  Exercising out of doors is full of benefits: the changing scenery keeps your mind engaged, and the fresh air is good for your emotional well-being.
